TightVNC 2.0 Beta 4 for Windows

We are glad to present new Beta version of TightVNC for Windows which is a preview of the upcoming TightVNC 2.0 release. This is a Beta version and may have bugs, use it at your own risk. Do not use it on mission critical computers. However, we kindly ask you to give it a chance. Please try it out and report problems if any.

System Requirements

TightVNC 2.0 Beta 4 supports all client and server versions of Microsoft Windows starting at Windows 2000. This includes:

• Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server
• Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server
• Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server
• Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server R2

It works in both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, although its performance may be lower in 64-bit versions of Windows.
